Event Timetable

  • Friday 21st March 2025

    Note: The weekend schedule for the 2025 event is continual work in progress.

    3:00pm – 8:00pm – Event registration & expo

    Venue: Clyde Memorial Hall, 17 Fraser Street, Clyde.

    • Entrant (individual and team) sign in.

    • Final check of entry details, update of team members.

    • Complete registration formalities.

    • Pick-up electronic timing device, race bib, bike number plates, kayak & support vehicle stickers, support crew transition tickets etc .

    • Collect race pack full of goodies and event merchandise (included in entry fee).

    • Peruse the sponsors expo – try delectable samples, enter competitions and score some great deals on products from event sponsors.

    NOTE: One team member can sign in and complete the registration formalities on behalf of the team, however, if there is a late change of team member not completed before online entries close at 12noon on Thursday 20th March, they must bring a completed copy of the change of team member form with the waiver, signed by the new team member.   • Day 1 - Saturday 22nd March 2025

    6:00am – 8:00am - Transition 1 open

    Location: Off Fruitgrowers Road, Clyde

    Multisport - Run to Kayak transition, pre-start drop of kayak and associated gear

    6:30am – 7:40am – Race Day competitor sign-in (individual or Stage 1 team member)

    Merchant on Clyde, 34 Sunderland Street, Clyde

    7:45am – Day 1 Pre-start race briefing on the start line

    Location: Under the race gantry, outside Heartly Arms on Sunderland Street, Clyde

    NOTE: It is mandatory entrants (individuals or minimum of one team member) attend the race briefing held under the start gantry at the start of each race day.

    8:00am – 8:10am (TBC) – Event Day staggered wave starts.

    8:00am Start 1 – All Individual Multisporters (Bib numbers 1-99)

    8:10am Start 2 – All Multisport Relay Teams (Bib numbers 100 – 199)

    8:15m Start 3 – All Multisport Tandem Teams (Bib numbers 200 – 299)

    2:00pm – 8:00pm – Day 1 Finish line celebrations

    8:30pm - Preliminary Day 1 results online

  • Day 2 - Sunday 23rd March 2025

    6:30am – 7:40am – Race day competitor sign-in by entrant (individual or Stage 1 team member)

    Merchant on Clyde, 34 Sunderland Street, Clyde

    7:45am – Day 2 Pre-start race briefing on the start line

    Location: Under the race gantry, outside Heartly Arms on Sunderland Street, Clyde

    NOTE: It is mandatory entrants (individuals or minimum of one team member) attend the race briefing held under the start gantry at the start of each race day.

    8:00am– Event Day mass start.

    Location: Under the race gantry, outside Heartly Arms on Sunderland Street, Clyde

    The start of Day 2 will be a controlled rolling start with mountain bikes behind a lead vehicle until it has crossed the Old Clyde Iron Bridge

    1:00pm – 8:00pm – Day 2 Finish line celebrations

    8:30pm - Preliminary Day 2 results online

  • Monday 24th March 2025

    10:00am – 11:30am – Event awards ceremony and spot prize draw

    Venue: Clyde Railway Station Reserve

    Note: Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the event awards ceremony and spot prize draw begins as all entrants will need to be given a spot prize ticket. Please see the event staff giving these out on arrival. One ticket per person. Only event entrants who are at the event awards ceremony are eligible to win a spot prize.
