Postponement, Cancellation, Event Waiver & Privacy Policy

  • Postponement

    If the event is not able to proceed due to ongoing restrictions in place surrounding the COVID-19 or similar pandemic, the event will be postponed and all entrants (individual & team captains) entries will be transferred across to the new date when confirmed. No refunds will be given if the entrant cannot make the new postponed date. Entrants must take this into consideration when entering.

    Should the postponed event not be able to run due to further alert levels, adverse weather conditions, a natural disaster, terrorism, war or any other justifiable reason so deemed a force majeure event by the organizers, the event will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellation

    If the event has to be cancelled within 7 days (one week) of the event, due to adverse weather conditions, a natural disaster, terrorism, war or any other justifiable reason so deemed a force majeure event by the organisers, no refunds will be issued.

    If there are changes in Covid alert level restrictions within 7 days (one week) prior to the event, preventing the Event from being held, the event will be cancelled and no refunds will be made.

    Entry fee refund protection (Insurance) is the responsibility of the entrant (individual or team captain) registering, so please take into consideration the interests of any team members when making the decision to acquire it or not.

    Entry fee refund protection (Insurance) is the responsibility of the competitors.
